Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
Rapid response across Western France — preventive and corrective, fault diagnosis, minimal restart delays.
Intervention details
We draw up a scheduled maintenance plan adapted to your equipment and production cycles. Each visit covers critical component inspection, wear measurement, lubrication and anticipatory replacement of limited-lifespan parts. The aim: reduce unplanned downtime, extend the life of your installations and keep your maintenance budget under control long-term.
When a machine goes down, our technicians respond quickly to pinpoint the exact cause of the fault. We carry out a systematic diagnosis — electrical, mechanical, pneumatic or software — to identify the root cause without guesswork. Once the problem is found, we recommend the most effective solution to get your line back up as quickly as possible, with a clear intervention report.
We handle the replacement of all defective or ageing components: motors, drives, sensors, cylinders, wiring, PLCs, electronic boards and mechanical wear parts. Each part is selected to original specifications or replaced by a certified equivalent. The installation is tested and validated on site before returning to production.
We carry out technical audits of your equipment to verify compliance with current standards (CE, machinery directives, local regulations). Each inspection point is documented in a detailed report. Where gaps are identified, we propose a prioritised compliance plan with budget estimates, to secure your installations while meeting regulatory requirements.
Deployment of qualified technicians to reinforce your teams during peak activity, planned maintenance shutdowns or line startups. Our engineers integrate directly into your processes and work under your supervision, with the autonomy and know-how to be operational from day one.
Wiring & industrial networks
From panel wiring to fieldbus networks — Profinet, AS-Interface, RS-485. Our engineers integrate all equipment into a coherent architecture, from first connection through to validation testing. Every intervention is documented and handed back to the client.

Commissioning & startup
Commissioning is a critical phase — this is where everything comes together. SEW and Siemens drive parameterisation, network configuration, safety tests and cycle validation: we support every startup through to series production, working directly with your teams.

Our qualifications & certifications
Our technicians hold all qualifications required to work safely on your installations.
